Gloucester car salesman on road to success
A Gloucester man who realised a life-time ambition when he opened his own car sales centre is celebrating his first successful year in business.
Will Paget has sold more than 300 new and used quality cars since launching his business in Mercia Road last year.
Mr Paget puts his success down to his expert knowledge of the quality car trade and offering outstanding customer service.
"Opening my own garage was a dream come true but turning it into a successful business in the space of a year gives me a tremendous sense of achievement," said Mr Paget.
"A large proportion of my business is through customer recommendations which is the best type of endorsement I could possibly wish for. I am now looking forward to my second successful year of trading and continuing to offer motorists from Gloucestershire and beyond the best prices and service around."
A former sales manager at a local Vauxhall dealership, Mr Paget has spent more than 15 years working in the motor industry and has established himself as a successful used and new, car and commercial, private and business sales consultant.

"Although I have worked for Vauxhall, it's surprising how many German cars we sell - 20% of all sales are either BMWs, VW´s or Audis," added Mr Paget who can find any vehicle a customer wants with his car locator website, www.willpagetcarcentre.co.uk
He can also arrange all types of vehicle finance for customers, from a straight forward hire purchase package for private buyers to a full maintenance contract hire scheme for a fleet of company vehicles.

The Heron Primary school pupil had visited Will Paget Car Centre, on Mercia Road Gloucester, with her parents whilst they were looking for a new car. Mrs White, who works as corporate service assistant at Gloucester Docks for Barclays Bank said: 'I'm absolutely over the moon to win all these prizes .I couldn't believe our luck, as our old washing machine had just broken down with water leaking from the bottom of it. I was trying to get all our washing done, it was a really rainy day and I was getting very harassed. That very afternoon we went to pick up the new car that we'd brought from Will, and he told me that we had won'. She added: 'We let Susan enter the competition and promised her a colour television for her bedroom if she got it right. Although there wasn't one as a prize, when we told Will about Susan's wish for a television, he kindly offered to swap one of the other prizes for her'. A delighted Susan, clutching her new 14' portable colour television said: 'Wow, I can watch everything in my bedroom now'. Mr Paget, who recently achieved his life - times ambition of opening up his own car centre explained: 'We had a fantastic response to the competition and it was an even bigger success then I could have ever had wished for. Car sales have been booming and I'm hoping this will continue as more and more people discover our quality cars and excellent service, at extremely competitive prices.
